We are occasionally asked the following questions..
Q – What areas do you cover?
A – We design and install kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms in Glasgow, Falkirk, Stirling, Cumbernauld, and throughout West Central Scotland.
Q – Do you employ your own tradesmen?
A – We do not sub-contract any of our work to any other companies and we project manage every aspect of your kitchen, bedroom or bathroom.
Q – Do you offer a complete service?
A – Yes, we will do everything for you and we will even dispose of your old kitchen or bathroom for you at no extra cost.
Q – Are there any hidden costs?
A – None.
Q - How long should we allow for installation?
A - An average kitchen and bathroom installation usually takes about 1 week, however some larger projects can take longer. Our philosophy is to do the job properly and it is never a race to the finish line.
Q – If we have purchased our own kitchen or bathroom suite, will you fit it for us?
A – No. Unfortunately, we prefer to supply our own products as this allows us to give you a full guarantee. We can supply most manufacturer’s products, such as Hotpoint, Bosch, Ideal Standard, Twyford, Triton and Mira..
Q – What sort of guarantee will we get?
A – Our installation work is guaranteed for 1 year, but we’re at the end of a phone if you have any problems out with that period. Many kitchen and bathroom products carry longer manufacturers guarantees.
Q – How much do you charge?
A – Every kitchen or bathroom is different, but our prices start from £8,975 for kitchens and £4,995 for bathrooms. When we visit your home, we will produce a computer generated plan, which will itemise what you have selected, and we will give you a fixed price for your new kitchen or bathroom. We do not provide ‘estimates’ as the price we give you is the price you pay. There are no hidden costs!
Q – Do you offer interest free credit?
A – No, we don’t, but we accept most credit cards.
Q – Do we have to pay you in advance?
A – For kitchens we accept a 40% deposit in advance, whilst there is generally no deposit for our bathrooms.
Q - Is there any advice you would give us when choosing a new kitchen or bathroom?
A- Once we have taken measurements to determine the space available, we will use our expertise to provide you with the best possible solution and design, based upon your individual needs.
Q - Would you be prepared to come for a meeting in the evening and weekends?
A- Yes we would.
Q - Is there anything we could do to prepare for this meeting to save time?
A- Not really, but if you have an idea of what you would like then we’d love to hear it!
Project Management and After Sales Service
Roman Bath House are a friendly, family run business, based in Glasgow, with a customer oriented approach.
We have a series of sign-off points throughout the design and all aspects of your fitted kitchen or bathroom are fully project managed. Our normal turnaround time on a fitted kitchen or a bathroom is one week, from start to completion.
If any of your kitchen or bathroom units need to be replaced, we can usually do that the same day, or the following day...
